Pricing

Every engagement is priced for its own scope, so we keep no price list. This page says how each way of working is priced and how a first conversation becomes a quote. The first conversation is free and without obligation.

Two ways of working, two ways of pricing

The models are those of How We Work; the price follows the way you work with us.

Embedded

Priced by the day

We join your team and deliver alongside your engineers. You pay for the days our specialists work with you, at a day rate agreed in the quote.

Fits when you have a team and need platform depth inside it.

End-to-end delivery

A fixed quote for a defined scope

We own a defined scope from architecture to operations. You get one price for that scope, with clear milestones.

Fits when you want one accountable team to deliver a defined outcome.

From a first conversation to a quote

Three steps, the same for both ways of working.

  1. A free first conversation

Tell us the objective, and we'll tell you honestly how we would approach it.

  2. Scope and way of working

We agree what is in scope, the metrics that measure success and which of the two models fits.

  3. Your quote

You receive a quote for that scope: the way of working, the milestones and the price.

Frequently asked questions

Is the first conversation free?

Yes. The first conversation is free and without obligation: you tell us the objective, and we tell you honestly how we would approach it.

Why is there no price list?

Integration, BPM and AI work depends on the systems, the volumes and the scope involved, so every engagement is priced for its own scope: by the day when we join your team, or as a fixed quote when we deliver end to end.

Which way of working fits my project?

Embedded fits when you have a team and need platform depth inside it; end-to-end delivery fits when you want one accountable team to own a defined scope from architecture to operations.
